The Kaminoan cloners had scheduled the clone commandos to be terminated due to their unpredictability and insubordination, but the clones were saved when Kal Skirata, a Mandalorian training sergeant whom Fett had recruited, intervened and took it upon himself to train them. Ordo was one of six surviving Null-class Advanced Recon Commandos cloned from the genome template of Jango Fett, a Mandalorian bounty hunter reputed to be the best in the galaxy.
